1. Quotations & Appraisals
All quotations are based on a physical or digital site appraisal. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. While we strive for absolute accuracy, any unforeseen structural issues discovered during work will be disclosed immediately and discussed before further action is taken.
2. The 20-Year Guarantee
Our signature 20-year workmanship guarantee applies to full re-roofs and specific GRP installations. This guarantee covers the structural integrity of the installation and workmanship faults. It does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events (Force Majeure), third-party damage, or lack of standard maintenance.
3. Payments
For large-scale projects, a material deposit may be required. Final payment is due upon successful completion and handover of the project, following our 50-point quality inspection.
4. Liability
Niche Property Maintenance holds comprehensive public liability insurance. We are responsible for the safety of our work site and the structural integrity of our installations as per the agreed project scope.
Workmanship Standard
All work is carried out to meet or exceed British Standard BS 5534 for Slating and Tiling.
